Music and Meditation
Regular meditation plays an important role in Ayurvedic therapy and is ideally combined with a music therapy.
Our Panchakarma guests experience the healing awareness development of the music therapy and meditation as a regular part of their daily routine.
But even if you are not a resident, you are welcome to join us for our music therapy and meditation each Thursday from 19.00 to 20.00 pm.
We kindly ask you to let us know you are coming so that we can reserve a place for you.
Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch
Would you like to just try this wonderful cuisine? Delicious and mouth-watering aromas pervade our Centre, especially at lunch time, and we would like to welcome you to enjoy an Ayurvedic lunch with us. Reserve a seat at our guest table and join us any day at 12.30 p.m!
For 20 € you can eat as much as you like (or are able!) A cup of hot tea is included.
Outpatient treatments
In the below table you will find all the treatments that are available to non-residents to allow you to get to know the effectiveness of Ayurvedic massages and treatments. A gift voucher for any of the listed treatments has also proved to be a very popular and unique gift for friends and loved ones.

The length of the treatments indicated below includes the total duration of the therapy and subsequent rest period. The length of each rest period will be determined by our therapists on an individual basis.
